Synchronicity Care Limited trading as CDD Services (Contracting Authority), a wholly owned subsidiary company of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, is responsible for the care and maintenance of the Trust's assets, land and buildings at Darlington Memorial Hospital. Services provided by CDD Services include but are not limited to Estates, Facilities and Procurement.

The Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and resourced company to provide a Window Cleaning Service for both internal and external windows at Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham together with Prospect House, Durham and the possibility of the addition of other sites.
