Southwark Council is publishing this advert to inform prospective suppliers of Youth Justice Case Management System CMS’s that it is the intention of the Council to commence a procurement process in the form of a RFQ (Request for Quote) to replace our existing CMS which is supplied by Capita Business Systems.

The Youth Justice Service (YJS) requires a CMS replacement that will enable it to meet the requirements of the Youth Justice Board (YJB) in terms of delivering services in line with National Standards in Youth Justice, reporting against Key Performance Indicators and sharing information with statutory partners, other youth justice teams and the YJB.

The system will need to be continually compliant with the YJB Data Recording Requirements (DDR) which are published annually.

We do not intend to procure alternative systems for other modules of Capita One Education currently used by Southwark Council and are looking to identify a suitable stand-alone replacement system.

At this early stage, Southwark Council is requesting interested suppliers to complete the form below signalling their interest in this future opportunity
