This contract is for the provision of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Community Protection IT system which must be a cloud-based solution requiring only local configuration to meet the specific requirement of the councils community protection service. The system will be modern and intuitive and will provide the required functionality for Council staff alongside partners where required to manage the services required to fulfil the duties of the department in relation to predominantly, but not necessarily exclusively, Business Regulatory / Compliance functions. These include (but are not limited to) functions undertaken by Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Licensing colleagues.
