The system will be modern and intuitive and will provide the required functionality for Council staff alongside partners where required to manage the services required to fulfil the duties of the department in relation to predominantly, but not necessarily exclusively, Business Regulatory / Compliance functions. These include (but are not limited to) functions undertaken by Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Licensing colleagues.
