Electrical Testing Inspections
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of electrical testing inspections.
The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 period of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents.
Electrical testing inspections will be split into three lots
Lot 1 – Periodic Electrical Inspections within Domestic properties situated north of the main railway line. Estimated contract spend is between £435,000 and £450,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £725,000 and £750,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.
Lot 2 - Periodic Electrical Inspections within Domestic properties situated south of the main railway line. Estimated contract spend is between £435,000 and £450,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £725,000 and £750,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.
Lot 3 – Periodic Electrical Inspections within communal areas and commercial buildings owned and managed by Swindon Borough Council in the whole area. Estimated contract spend is between £135,000 and £150,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £225,000 and £250,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.
