From ESPD response to Bidder Information [2D1] Subcontracting, tenderer responded as follows: Yes – Delivery Mates is a trusted third-party logistics partner engaged

by Voi to provide additional operational support during peak periods. Their role is limited to

assisting with vehicle redistribution and battery swaps, representing less than 10% of in-field

operational tasks. This arrangement ensures service levels and operational flexibility are

maintained, while the vast majority of operations remain delivered directly by Voi’s in-house

Aberdeen team.
