Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations wo wish to be considered for selection to tender for Cleaning Services to Educational Establishments.
The Dynamic Purchasing System will commence on 15th March 2024 for a period of 5 years with no extension option. Contracts awarded under the DPS will be for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further two years.
Initially interested parties should register their interest in the Project via the InTend website https:/in-tend/co/uk/Hampshire, complete and submit the Selection Stage Questionnaire by 29th February 2024.
There will be a further opportunity for interested parties to register their interest in the Project, complete and submit the Selection Stage Questionnaire from 15th March 2024.

The Council is looking to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for Cleaning Services to Educational Establishments, such as but not limited to free schools, local authority maintained schools, pre-schools, post 16 colleges, higher education institutions, independent schools, academies, children's centre and any other type of schools.
The DPS will allow Education Establishments to either invite quotations or carry out a mini-competition to meet the requirements of their Standing Orders.
