Bristol City Council are seeking a suitable third party specialist provider operate an established successful business at Bristol Parks’ Cafes delivering food and beverage at 9 cafes in our 7 Parks, as well as the Ashton Court golf facility. The Cafes are an integral part of the Parks visit and we want visitors to have an enjoyable, value for money experience.

We would like to form a partnership with the best-suited concessionaire to deliver quality services at the Parks Cafes whilst enhancing the customer experience. We believe that a partner for whom hospitality service is a core capability should also be able to enhance the returns we derive from making best use of the assets and building on the current well-established business.
