- Additional customer benches/seating (excluding those in waiting shelters); and

- The provision of new waiting shelters at three stations and associated infrastructure upgrades, at the following stations:

1. Freshford;

2. Nailsea and Backwell;

3. Lawrence Hill;

4. Parson Street;

5. Patchway;

6. Severn Beach;

7. Stapleton Road;

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The main project requirements are as follows:

To survey, design, obtain all necessary consents, plan, resource, manage and deliver the new waiting shelters, seating and wayfinding programme within required timescales, to a high quality and with nil defects at Practical Completion.

To comprehensively plan, monitor and report on Health, Safety & Quality throughout the design and construction phases.

To properly plan and implement the works without disrupting the operational Station or Traincrew environment(s)

Where necessary, to liaise and co-ordinate with specialists in respect of CCTV camera's, power/date provision including new containment etc to ensure that all specialist installations are installed and operational at Practical Completion.
