The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take legal action. Any such action must have be brought within the applicable limitation period. Where a contract had not been entered into, the Court may have ordered the setting aside of the award decision or order for any document to have been amended and may have award damages, made a declaration of ineffectiveness, ordered for a fine to be paid, and/or ordered the duration of the contract be shortened.
