Norfolk County Council wishes to add an additional lot to The Life Opportunities Framework Agreement for adults in Norfolk. This new Lot is for the provision of services for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities, and People living with Dementia. We initially opened this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1, we now wish to add Lot 2 for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities and People living with Dementia (OP/PD/De). We intend to hold a standstill period for the initial opening of this new lot 2 only. There will be the opportunity to apply to deliver services under new Pathways (sub-lots) being developed in the service specification. If you are successful in applying for this lot 2 and wish to offer services under these pathways, you will need to apply but will only have to answer questions specific to the pathway(s) you are applying for.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
