This Framework will be the primary source for specialist surfacing works – footway slurry surfacing, retexturing of existing carriageways (including any lining) and high friction surfacing (including any lining) - but will be an alternative source for road markings alone (including studding), which may include stand-alone lining schemes or a ‘top up’ to an existing in-house provision for ad hoc works.

The geographical scope of this Framework Contract is North and West Yorkshire and covers the locations associated with NYCC and other Yorkshire Highways Alliance (YHA) members (i.e. Leeds City Council, Wakefield Council, Kirklees Council, City of York Council, and Calderdale Council).
