Chesterfield Borough Council requires a main works contractor to carry out the delivery of the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield (RHOC) public realm improvement works.

The delivery of these works will be managed under the NEC Contract, Option A with Activity Schedule.

RHOC is part of the Connecting Chesterfield package of interventions to deliver the transformation regeneration of the historic town.
