Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to invite tenders from competent and experienced organisations or consortia to provide accessible, quality Generalist Advice Services across the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area for the period commencing 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027 with options to extend for a further two additional 12-month periods, depending on funding and discretion of Council
