Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment and associated controls across domestic properties, corporate buildings, seafront locations and highways within BCP Council.

The materials, goods and workmanship utilised in the execution of the works shall comply with all the relevant requirements of this Specification. In all cases the Contractor shall refer to this section and all other sections appropriate to the work. Adjustments to the schedule of rates are to allow for all requirements for Preliminaries etc

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment and associated controls across domestic properties, corporate buildings, seafront locations and highways within BCP Council.

The materials, goods and workmanship utilised in the execution of the works shall comply with all the relevant requirements of this Specification. In all cases the Contractor shall refer to this section and all other sections appropriate to the work. Adjustments to the schedule of rates are to allow for all requirements for Preliminaries etc

The length of the contract is for 3 years with the option to extend the contract annually for a further 2 years. Therefore, if all extensions are taken, the full length of the contract would be for 5 years.

It is anticipated that the contract will start on 01 June 2023.
