The transformation team within the MOD are seeking suppliers to deliver our empowerment programme. This Prior Information Notice is intended to generate interest from suppliers who may wish to take part in market engagement to help shape the requirement. As the project progresses it may result in a tender and suppliers may also wish to have early knowledge of the project in order that they can form a bid. 

The aim of the Empowerment programme is to make a positive impact on empowering behaviour within Defence
