North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England North West (the Relevant Authority) Health & Justice Team, who undertook a competition to commission Liaison & Diversion Services, RECONNECT Services, Enhanced RECONNECT Services and Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services for Lancashire and Cumbria under the NHS Standard Contract.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice.
A contract for Lot 3 Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services has not been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this non award.
A contract for Lot 2 Enhanced RECONNECT Services has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
