two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Newham Primary School Cluster is seeking an innovative catering partner for all the schools that will provide quality meals for the children and staff at the schools and sufficient local resources to support and deliver the contract specification.

There is a will to have unified catering contract dates for all schools in the cluster therefore there will be staggered start dates at the schools from 1 August and 1September 2020 to April 2021.

All contracts will have the same end date.

Description of options

The contract will have a staggered start but the same end date 31 July 2023.

The schools will have at their discretion the option to extend the contract up to a maximum of an additional 24 months to 31 July 2025.
