Colomendy Industrial Estate Expansion - Phase1 Enabling Works Contract

Phase 1 Contract to undertake enabling works on behalf of Denbighshire County Council (DCC) and 4 local businesses based on the current Colomendy Industrial Estate, Denbigh who are working in partnership in a coordinated manner to extend the Estate.. DCC are leading the initial development via this Phase 1 Contract on behalf of all partners to develop the site up to accessible, serviced, drained plots that will then be further developed by each partner independently via later works according to their own specific requirements. The scope of the works comprises the following activities:

- Site clearance

- Highway realignment works

- Cut and fill earthworks

- Drainage infrastructure

- Incoming services provision

- Access roads, surfacing, retaining walls

- Perimeter fencing and gates

- Landscaping

2. If you are already registered on the Proactis portal please Login and start at Step 14 of these instructions if not go to STEP 3
