two.1.4) Short description

The Trust will work in partnership with the Supplier to deliver clinical services across a number of specialities. The Supplier shall provide the Services to the Commissioner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Supplier will provide clinical services across Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, and Anaesthetic services. The Commissioner holds the right to add new services or remove services throughout the period of this contract. In either event, the Commissioner will engage with the Provider in line with contract amendments guidance set out in this agreement.

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust already has a current contract with Hadrian Services LLP for the provision of clinical services by medical personnel.

The intention is for the Contract to be awarded to the existing provider following the PSR Direct Award Process Option C as it has been deemed that the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard

The period of the contract is 36 months
