A full open procurement process was undertaken and four bids from well-established suppliers were received.

A whole life cost commercial evaluation was conducted to identify the most economically advantageous tender. The fixed monthly lease costs cover the supply, delivery, lease and servicing, maintenance examination and tests, repair and breakdown cover for the equipment.
