As part of a potential major capital investment upgrade on the ORE Catapult Blyth site, it may be necessary to demolish the current administration building, Offshore House, and also a structural framed annex building close by.
Offshore House is approx. 18m x 25m and is a 3 storey, flat concrete roof and brick building, built in the 1920’s.
