These Trade Contract Works shall comprise the planning, sequencing, management, Sub-Contractor Design, temporary works design, formwork design, coordination, project specific method statements, technical submittals, surveys, risk assessments, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, offloading, storage, distribution, setting out, positioning, installing, integrating of specialists Trade Contract designs, monitoring, and handover of the complete In-situ Concrete works to the following, but not limited to:
- forming of new RC slabs and walls, beams, columns, soffit
- forming of new lift core
- forming of upstands and downstands
- fairfaced concrete
- making good existing concrete surfaces
- concrete repairs
- basement waterproofing, void former and drainage system

- cementitious slurry to perimeter retainign walls
- slab thickening and scabbling
- temporary propping
- connections to existing structure
- manhole covers / hatches
- in situ chambers
