NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to engage with the ICB for the potential future provision of a Teledermatology platform to health care professionals across NHS Norfolk and Waveney

The Commissioner is currently reviewing options for the potential implementation of a Teledermatology Platform across a population of approximately 1.1 million in the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System. The sum of activity for Dermatology services across the region for 2023-2024 has been approximately 80,000.

The purpose of this advert is to provide early notification of the potential opportunity and to seek market feedback in relation to the potential costs.

We seek information in relation to the following:
1. Licensing Fees:
o Covering 3 acute NHS Trusts.
o Including 5-6 Community Diagnostics Centres.
o Supporting 106 GP practices.

2. Implementation Costs:
o Any setup or deployment fees.
o Costs related to training or onboarding.

3. Ongoing Costs:
o Annual maintenance or support fees.
o Fees for updates or additional services.

Please note that any costs provided are indicative only and will not form part of any future procurement process. Any costs received will be anonymised.

The deadline for Soft Market Testing responses is by 12:00 hours on Friday 31st January. Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICB to carry out any further procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreements.

Any future opportunity will be carried out in accordance with the ICB’s procurement obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the new Procurement Act 2023 and may be advertised openly to all or the Commissioner may select an appropriate framework agreement.
