This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Councils Properties: -

(a) The pre planned inspection, servicing, and maintenance of emergency lighting systems to occur twice per year, comprising one 1-hour test and one 3-hour test six months apart.

(b) The monthly testing of emergency lighting systems. (NB this is only a provisional requirement which may or may not be required and will be confirmed before commencement of the contract).

(c) Ad hoc repairs and works to emergency lighting systems as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
