Description

Patent expiry is a critical driver of cost savings, typically reducing prices of equivalent medicines by 70-90% compared to originator products. The solution must include expert advisory support, litigation tracking, and timely updates on regulatory and market events, ensuring NHS England can adopt proactive, data-driven commercial strategies.
