two.1.4) Short description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council wishes to appoint a competent and reliable contractor for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment.

Details of the Personal Protective Equipment required is outlined in Appendix 3 of this tender documentation.

Contractors must ensure where relevant that the Personal Protective Equipment tendered for and supplied complies with the standards required as specified within the documentation, compliance certificates must be supplied along with this submission where required.

This tender consists of 3 separate Lots and are detailed in Appendix 3:

Lot 1 – the supply and delivery of PPE clothing

Lot 2 – the supply and delivery of footwear; and

Lot 3 – the supply and delivery of hand, ear and eye p rotection

This document outlines the evaluation methodology and the marking scheme in terms of scoring and weightings that will be applied. Tenderers must fully adhere to ALL instructions contained within this tender or their tender bid will be excluded. Tenderers must submit a bid for all items within a Lot; otherwise their tender bid will be excluded.
