The Council is seeking to procure a cloud hosted Highways and Engineering Digital Information Management System from a single Contractor to support the operation of the Highways and Transportation Service.
Tenderers must have and be able to offer a mature Highways and Engineering Digital Information Management System. The system should meet all the council’s essential requirements with minimal or no additional development, although extensive configuration and mobilisation of the proposed System is expected and accepted.
Tenderers can propose development for desirable requirements but where they do so should also
indicate the likely timescale for those developments to take place.
We do not wish to procure a Highways and Engineering Digital Information Management System which will require an extensive design and development phase to meet the specification of requirements before the essential requirements can be deployed.
The following Software and Services, as a minimum, shall be provided under this contract:
• Highways and Engineering Digital Information Management System (cloud hosted)
• Any additional modules/functionality required to meet LCC requirements
• Implementation services
• Installation services
