NHS Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICB is running a market engagement event for organisations who have the necessary skills and experience to run a Domestic Abuse Support Service.
The service is open to all victims or potential victims (both female and male) of domestic violence and abuse (DVA) across the BSol ICB footprint that are aged 16 and over.
Patients who have disclosed past or present domestic abuse will be referred by participating general practice staff. In some circumstances they may also refer patients where domestic abuse is suspected.
The market engagement event will be held virtually, via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, February 5th between 10am and 11.30am. Interested organisations should register their interest via the Atamis Health Family system: https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome, searching for contract reference C332220. Organisations should also complete the short registration form/survey regarding the service. The portal also contains useful information for organisations such as the draft specification, for which the ICB is keen to receive constructive feedback. Once the form has completed, interested organisations will be contacted with the relevant joining details.
