Description
Woolwich Ferry has been utilising Intelligent Dock Locking System(IDLS) for the past 6 years. There are two IDLS at each terminal, they are the magnetic locks that hold the vessels in place as passengers and vehicles embark/disembark every 15minutes at the Woolwich Ferry terminals.
This award represents an award to AutoMooring Solutions to provide support services for the IDLS on a 2year + 2year optional extension basis.

Description of possible extension:
Contract to be extended if SLA's are met and support services prove beneficial in keeping Woolwich Ferry Operations running without needing the manual mooring fall-back.
Regular contract management meetings will determine if awarded contractor has improved reliability and up-time of the IDLS.
