A value uplift will allow the contractor to continue to develop reports, coding, maintain suite of documents and reports for sampler and working papers for auditors, helpdesk and technical support. Additionally, the uplift provides the flexibility to compete a new requirement, review options for in-housing, enable gradual transition arrangements and mitigate risks to business continuity of essential services.
