To procure a supplier to monitor systems noted as requiring regular monitoring following regular Water Risk Assessments are monitored to limit the risk of Legionella infections, other waterborne infections & other associated hazards, and to carry out such remedial work as may be required to ensure and demonstrate compliance with the Health And Safety Executive (HSE) Approved Code of Practice, L8: Legionnaires’ disease the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems, and the associated technical guidance HSG274.
