seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

As stated in the report a key decision taken approving the extension of the current contract for 12 months from 1st April 2022 to 31 March 2023, including the modification of the contract to including the Merging of the Riverside supported housing contract into the substance misuse contract, so as to Pilot and evaluate the merged service prior to developing an integrated specification for tender in April 2023. The service area, is wanting to extend the contract for a further year to March 2024, to enable both the evaluation of the pilot to take, development of the service specification, tendering and mobilisation of the service.
