Portsmouth City Council invites qualified suppliers to join our Training Pool Dynamic Purchasing System.

Quotes for specific training courses will be invited exclusively from suppliers admitted to our Training Pool via mini competitions on the Intend system, or via an informal commissioning process depending on the value and length of the contract.

The Council is seeking training providers that are suitably qualified and have experience in delivering training courses across a range of disciplines including but not limited to:

• Adult Social Care

• Children's Social Care

• Foster Carers

• Corporate Requirements

Training may be requested under this DPS as and when required, according to the needs of the Council, but admission onto the Training Pool is not a guarantee of any award of contract for services.

For this DPS we are using the electronic Intend procurement system to select providers that comply with our minimum service requirements to join our Training Pool.

Quotes for specific training courses will be invited exclusively from suppliers admitted to our Training Pool via mini competitions on the Intend system, or via an informal commissioning process depending on the value and length of the contract.
