Description
A new MOP Services Framework is being established to:
• Enable direct award of MOP and DC services for Non-Half Hourly AMR meters
• Support the smart meter transition under the Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Programme
• Include sub-metering and gas data logging services
• Provide flexibility for customers to appoint their preferred providers
• Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023
