The Framework Agreement will be a three supplier ranked Framework with an option of running mini competitions by inviting all three suppliers to competition. The initial Framework Agreement period will be for 24 months from Framework commencement with an option to extend by two periods of 12 months after expiry of initial period (the ‘Framework Period’).
