The Housing Executive wishes to engage a suitably qualified and skilled supplier to develop and deliver a programme of training, alongside our Housing Policy and Tenancy Management business unit and Learning and Development business unit.

Total value (estimated)

  • £475,000 excluding VAT
  • £570,000 including VAT

  • 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029
  • Possible extension to 31 March 2031
  • 5 years

Description of possible extension:

Option to extend this Contract by any period or periods up to and including 24 months.
