Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the construction of 27nr flats to Passiv Haus standard, including mains service connections, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Templeman House, Leedham Way, Bournemouth. Where site constraints do not allow full accreditation, Passiv Principles will be followed.

The successful bidder will be expected to commence the works in June 2021. The successful bidder will be required to ensure the works are completed by September 2022.
