Highlife Highland and The Highland Council collaborating together, are seeking to put in place arrangements for the provision of adult education and employability development for the Refugee Resettlement Programme. This will include a 2 Lot framework agreement for the provision of ESOL Language & tailored employability support so that a multi partnered approach around key themes can be taken.

Budget Update

In the initial framework documents the total contract value was stated as 240k GBPover the lifespan of the framework agreement. Having reconsidered the requirements of the service provision, and the flexibility required to meet the changing needs of individuals resettled by the programme, the budget has been revised to a more accurate estimate of 150k GBP.
