Scope
Description
BlueLight Commercial are establishing a national Framework for the provision of vehicle livery goods and services, on behalf of blue light organisations. This arrangement will cover the provision of the Design, Supply, Application and Removal of Vehicle Livery.
This arrangement will be a multi-supplier Framework (appointing three providers); with award procedures available for both Further Competition, and for Award Without Re-opening Competition.
