Monitor compliance across the relevant areas of Oxford
Issue penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued under The Traffic Management Act 2004, Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Transport Act 2000 any other relevant legislation or regulations that may be in force during the lifetime of the contract
The Services must be provided in a manner that enables the Council to realise synergies and efficiencies between the various elements of the Solution.
Note that back office services are not included in this procurement.
The successful tenderer will work in conjunction with our incumbent CPE provider operating within other geographical areas within Oxford.
