Procurement of a Service is to meet the needs of all victim-survivors and their families experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse and perpetrators of domestic abuse.

This procurement process falls under the Light Touch Regime as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulation 74 – 77). The Council is basing this procurement on the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) as modified through the procurement documents.
