Scottish Water are seeking a partner to develop an Education Strategy and Delivery Plan for the schools within our area of operation. The partner will develop materials that align to the Curriculum for Excellence and Sustainable Development Goals that supports the goals of young people, teachers and Scottish Water. The partner will provide access through existing relationships with Education and Young Person bodies and through a database accessible to registered teachers.

Scottish Water seeks a partner to: 1.Develop an Education Strategy that links closely to our Strategic Plan ambitions and our transformation agenda. 2.Ensure the voice of young people, teachers and parents is at the heart of the Education Strategy, and their insights are used to co-create and steer. 3.Develop an Education delivery plan which is built on our unique business strengths and supports our ambitions. 4.Develop an Education programme with materials that align to the Curriculum for Excellence and Sustainable Development Goals that supports the goals of young people, teachers and Scottish Water. 5.Develop a social impact programme that creates real social impact and behaviour change in communities across Scotland, aligning with ESG commitments. 6.Develop relationships within schools and communities and build our reputation as a trusted public company and a trusted employer. 7.Provide access through existing established relationships with Education and Young person bodies such as Education Scotland, Young Scot, Developing Young Workforce, Skills Development Scotland, TES Sc. 8.Provide access to young people, teachers and parents in Scotland through established networks and targeted approach via region, phase, interest, role, and school demographic. 9.Provide access to teachers and schools based in Scotland through registered teachers on their database. 10.Define and measure success and track reach of engagement. 11.Offer a full client service including planning, digital, and social specialists, qualified MRS researchers, youth psychologists, creatives, learning & development strategists, talent & skills strategists, project managers and data managers to better connect SW with young people. 12.Have in-depth knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, the Scottish schools and youth landscape 13.Have an education platform that teachers can access to download material 14.Have an MI system that provides easy to read/accessible reports that enables speedy decision making regarding future communications and outreach activity, and for immediate tracking of resource downloads.

Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All applicants must complete the financial questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water based on the response to the pre-qualification questionnaire and any further financial checks deemed necessary
