9. NHS England and NHS Improvement are seeking to put in place a new approach to insight and intelligence to support the whole Learning Disability and Autism Programme which will include but is not exclusive to LeDeR. As such NHS England and NHS Improvement are seeking to appoint a provider for an initial 3 year period to lead a collaboration of partners including academics, and service and quality improvement experts, to support the National Learning Disability and Autism Programme in its aims and objectives to ensure that people with a learning disability and people who are autistic lead longer, happier, healthier lives
