seven.2) Information about modifications
seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
This is a short‑term extension to 30 September 2026. The extension does not add any additional value to the original contract value noted below.
The decision to extend is necessary because the Cabinet Office Commercial Spend Controls assurance required to publish the tender opportunity for the replacement framework has been delayed, due to external factors outside the Authority’s control.
As a result, the Cabinet Office assurance process has had a significant impact on our timeline to re-procure the next iteration of the framework.
