Engagement process description

UKRI-MRC is seeking feedback on the draft specification, and pricing strategy for the proposed tender for this service.

The purpose of the pre-market engagement and feedback request is to develop a tender package that enables suppliers to produce meaningful responses and allow UKRI to enter into an effective contract with a Supplier.

UKRI does not guarantee to incorporate all Supplier feedback in any future procurement strategy or service specification. It is UKRI's intention to seek a broad review of its requirements and conduct an open and transparent process. Suppliers are invited to provide feedback on the specifications and questions below.
