Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

DSRL will seek to select five Contractors to participate in the tendering stage of this process in accordance with Regulation 65 of the PCR 2015. In the event that less than five Contractors receive a “Pass” and attain a score of at least Satisfactory in the case study, then those who do will be invited to participate in the tendering stage (subject to there being sufficient competition). Where there is tie for fifth place, all bidders having the same mark will be invited to participate in the tendering process. Those in sixth place or lower will not be invited to participate in the tendering process.
