North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Relevant Authority) who intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of a Post Vention Support Service.

This service specification outlines the requirements for delivering a Post Vention Support Service across Tees Valley.

The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance commencing on 01 April 2025

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

It is the intention to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process.

The intention to award decision using the Most Suitable Provider Process has been made by;
