Blackpool Coastal Housing is looking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractors on a framework that will provide construction services for the provision of disabled adaptations and facilities. The work for Lot 1 – Major Adaptations will include building projects consisting in the main of Level Access Showers with some kitchen adaptations, extensions and other miscellaneous building work as required, and will be to domestic properties. The work for Lot 2 – Ramped Access will be installing mainly modular ramps to domestic properties.
