We are looking to procure a contract that will deliver the banking services required for Transport for Wales (TfW) and its subsidiary organisations.

TfW intends to award the contract by 1st April 2025. The new banking arrangements must be implemented and fully operational by 1st April 2026.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We are tendering a banking services delivery partner to support Transport for Wales (TfW) and its subsidiary companies. TfW intends to award the contract by 1st April 2025 and the new banking arrangements must be implemented and fully operational by 31st March 2026. The contract will include full provision of money transition services – to include maintenance of bank accounts, cash and cheque handling, payment procession (domestic and international) and other services associated with public sector banking arrangements. An internet banking service for balance/transaction reporting and payment initiation will also be required.
