The British Council is seeking organisations that can provide the required venue capacity, facilities and test day services (to include invigilation services) to deliver both Paper-based and Computer based high-stakes exams on its behalf. The process of selecting suppliers across select countries, globally, will be done through a competitive tender process planned for March 2021.

Ahead of the tender we are inviting potential suppliers to submit their interest to the British Council by providing some background information by completing the questions within the Prior Information Notice (PIN).

On receipt of the signed Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), agreeing to our confidentiality statement, we will provide you access to the relevant documents (PIN) that will be required for completion.

Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil in order to take part in the tender process.

Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.

Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and `means of proof` will be required. These conditions are outlined in the ITT.
